WHEN WOMEN PRAY

12th Annual Prayer Breakfast

  Saturday, October 8, 2022

8:00 am – 1:00 pm

St. Thomas More Catholic Church

51 Marketplace, Irvine, CA 92602

Featured Speaker: Kathleen Beckman

Theme: Prayer is my Superpower

Thank you to the 600+ women who attended our 12th Annual Women’s Prayer Breakfast!

Our Women’s Prayer Breakfast is a powerful and growing spiritual event each year, which draws a broad and diverse group of women of all ages from all over Southern California. Attendance is free and we welcome women of all faiths.

Our theme for the day was Prayer is my Superpower which reflects both the tremendous need for unity in prayer in our world and our belief in the power of prayer to move mountains and change hearts.

We were so excited to have Kathleen Beckman as our guest speaker to share her passion for prayer and talk to us about Releasing the Superpower of Prayer.  Kathleen is a highly respected and  extremely popular international author, speaker and Catholic evangelist.  Kathleen literally wrote the book, When Women Pray, which features chapters by popular Catholic women sharing poignant, personal stories and Church teaching, and “proclaims the wealth of grace entrusted to praying women.”

We were also thrilled to support Life Center of Santa Ana at our event by collecting donations on their behalf.

We are so grateful to St. Thomas More Church, the WWP Core Team, all our generous sponsors and dedicated volunteers who made this event possible. Most of all, we give thanks and glory to God for giving us the opportunity to bring a beautiful morning of faith and prayer to so many in our community. Photos from the event are below.

See you next year!
